has the flight information and the other email

up the puppy by showing your ID and confirmation

up.

Send us some pictures along with a nice review
or testimonials so we can post it on our

Are
your prices negotiable?
Since we work with different people we may not ALWAYS be
able to help with a lower price SPECIALLY if the price is
below $399.00. But never hurts to ask.

Do you guarantee your puppies?
Yes, see our health warranty policy.

Do your pups have shots
and D-wormings?
Yes, all puppies come with at least the first series of
puppy shots and current dewormings but it is the buyer's responsibility
to provide further d-wormings and shots if needed.

Are your puppies potty
trained? House broken?
Most are partially or fully trained but we don't
offer any guarantees. Most breeders focus only on puppies
health and good nutrition of their puppies and will work as much
as they can to avoid contagious or communicable diseases. Since breeders are required to keep these puppies unexposed to the
outside environments for the safety reasons, trainings are never
guaranteed and it is the buyer's
responsibility to provide any further trainings. So far most of our
customers claim that their puppies either came potty trained or
became potty trained quickly. Since a breeder has to pay
attention to the whole litter, it will be always easier for you to
potty train as your focus is on only one puppy.

What is
a Network?
A breeding network is an organization or business designed
to work as a third party agent who will take care of quality
control (living conditions, vaccination, dewormings), health
guarantee, customer service and marketing in general. Only
hobby breeders can be selected to be accepted in our network
since our reputation is always in the line, if breeders are
not willing to accept the standards or improve their breeding practices then
we block them from our network
automatically.
Buying through a Network gives you peace of mind as years of
experience are put together to classify, filter, improve and
provide the best selection on available puppies plus you will be
benefit from our follow up customers service, reviews, our BBB
history and enjoy our affordable prices. So many things put
together to give you peace of mind when you buy a puppy.
CSpuppies now offers a travel insurance which would replace your
puppy if he/she dies during the flight (it has never happened).

Why are some puppies more
expensive than others?
Prices are simply relative, it mainly depends on
the breeders opinion or perception, but also in color, face characteristics, gender,
beauty "which is a relative concept" size, age, etc. We don't have an specific
answer to what some may consider cuter than others.
(Prices are
not related to health issues at all, if
a puppy is unhealthy then it's not for sale).
Also, prices will go down if a puppy does not sell within a few
weeks, another frequent questions is "why such puppy has not
sold yet?" the answer to this question is always a mystery to us
since there is no possible way to find out, all we know is that
all puppies are healthy, cute and have wonderful personalities.
NOTE: More expensive puppies doesn't meant they are better pets than
the less expensive ones.

Can you tell me about an
specific dog's personality, temperament, demeanor?
Yes. Most of our
puppies have cute, playful & sweet personalities. As you can see on our
references, all these pups were randomly selected and all of our customers are very happy and
I am sure that you won't get disappointed.

Why do
you give them ID numbers instead of names?
For many reasons.
A. For organizational purposes since this is the best way
to recognize a puppy.
B. To avoid name conflicts, If we don't do this, you will see
the same name several times on different puppies since they are
from different breeders.
C. This is the first thing you will change If you don't
like the name so in most cases naming a puppy will not serve any
purpose.
NOTE: naming a puppy is so easy, simply use a treat when
renaming a puppy and within a couple of days your puppy will
respond to his/her new name.

Do you have any breeders in my
state and city?
No sorry, due to the fact that all breeders must go
through some requirements they all have to around our area.

What do I need to pick up the
puppy at the airport?
ID or Drivel license and the confirmation/booking number "Sent by email after payment
is received".

Can I let someone else pick up
the dog for me?
Yes, but you must complete & fax the
Pickup/Release form.

How old
does the youngest
puppy need to be if I want to buy one?
They have to be at
least 8 weeks old, if they are too tiny or under developed, we
may release them at 10 or even 12 weeks old.

Can I have your vet's number to call for
reference?
For references you can check our
reference page here.
You are allowed to talk to our vet
once you have placed
an order and our vet has issued a health certificate of your puppy
under your name.
A few months ago we had his information posted on CSpuppies and everybody was
calling our vet just to ask general questions about our service interrupting his
valuable time, he didn't even know what dog they were talking about and of course he was not happy with that since he does not get
paid to work as a reference source. Keep in mind that he has to assist his
other important clients too.

Do you sell teacup
Puppies?
First of all, the names "teacups, mini tiny, micro mi
tiny toy, mini toys, or
tiny toys" are just nick names given by buyers or breeders and they
are not official names to identify their breed's size.
We don't intentionally sell teacup puppies because they are
harder to produce, harder to ship, difficult to keep alive,
requires to be 3 months of age before they can be released
(which adds on more maintenance expenses) and therefore are way
more expensive. To learn more
about why size matters click here. We do sell them because they may be the runt of the
litter and may grow smaller than expected, there will be a
significant difference in price though.

Can you take a picture
next to an item or with my name on it
Sorry we can't
do that, we can only take photos once every 2 to 3 weeks when
they are scheduled for new photos but due to the nature of our business we can't
take customized photos to the hundreds of requests we receive
every month. However you are welcomed to see our background and
references for verification purposes.

Since there are many
scams around the internet, how do I know we will get what we pay
for?
Using common sense. By looking at the business background,
references and domain history. We have good BBB history, great reviews,
our domain has been created since 2005 just go to any who is
domain check up to verify this information, our Paypal account
has been created on 2001 just click on the Paypal verified icon
(Requires you to login to your account). A scam site will not last
for too long and they may want to get paid via wire
transfers only which is the easiest way to rip you off.
