DELIVERY
BY PLANE
Delivery rates vary based on the airlines and current
weight of the dog. To make things practical and
affordable for all our customers, we have decided to
charge a flat rate of $250 on all puppies, this new fee
will cover (if needed) rabies vaccinations, bigger crate
or any other extra expenses related to the shipping
service. Sometimes when the airlines requires the puppy
to stay over 4 hours at Houston Airport, they will
charge an extra $75 kenneling fees (Our shipping costs
does NOT include that fee but we will help with $25).
Buy 2 puppies and the second ships for an extra $50 only
Most customers end up
buying a second puppy and eventually pay the full
shipping costs twice, you can buy two puppies or talk to
a friend who wants a puppy so you can combine shipping
costs and save. Both puppies must be around the same
size to qualify.

First
of all, shipping by plane is safe safe, safe!!!!. The puppy
travels in a crate with plenty of space to
stand, turn around, sleep and even play ( this is more than the
space we have up there).
We include
shredded paper on the bottom so the puppy will travel
comfortably. The place
where puppies travel is air conditioning regulated and
air pressurized, this is the exact conditions we have as
passengers. The pup
usually sleeps most of the flight or plays with the
shredded paper when awake.
-
We include a
little bit of food and the
airlines staff will supply with water at the
connecting station and at the time of arrival if
needed. (We do not use
sedatives)
-
Picking up your puppy at the airport.
You can pick up the pup
after 20-45 minutes of arrival time. (Bring ID &
Confirmation Number to the airport)
You keep the crate.
Depending on each
airport, the pickup location could be either
at the Cargo
Office, Baggage Claims or Ticket Counter. Please call
the airlines to find out where you should pick up your
puppy.
-
Please
inspect the documentations when receiving the puppy!.
Make sure you get the
puppy health records. Look at the plastic pouch stuck to
the top side of the crate. Inside this pouch (See
picture at bottom), there should be the following items
in the following order. A) Waybill on top, This
is what you sign when you pick up the dog. B). Health Certificate and
Vaccine Records. These 2 come in a white envelope. C). Also, always check the
pockets located on the top side of the crate, sometimes
puppies are sent with follow up D-worming tablets.
-
Additional Notes:
Do not expect a 100%
clean dog. Puppies will do their business inside the
crate if they have to.
Once you get home, bathe the
puppy (you may use a regular shampoo), dry well with a
towel and use a hair dryer (warm, Not hot). If the puppy seems a little
stressed, bathe the next day.
-
What can you bring
to the airport?
Paper towel, some
water, Iams puppy food, wipes, newspaper to change the
bedding, and possibly a towel and Nutri-cal (High
Calorie & Vitamins supplement) or an alternative
supplement for puppies.
