WHEN IN TRANSIT.
-
Shipping by plane is
safe, safe, and safe!. We ship 95% of our puppies
which proof how safe the process is.
-
The puppy travels in a crate with plenty of space to
stand, turn around, sleep and even play ( this is
more than the space we have up on the passengers
area).
-
We include shredded paper on the
bottom so the puppy will travel comfortably. The place
where puppies travel is air conditioning regulated and air
pressurized, this is the exact conditions we have as passengers.
Your puppy
usually sleeps most of the flight or plays with the
shredded paper when she/he is awake.
-
We include a little bit of food
inside and
the airlines staff will supply with water at the
connecting station and at the time of arrival if
needed.
(We do not use sedatives)
PICKING UP AT THE AIRPORT.
-
You can pick up the pup after 20-45
minutes of arrival time. (Bring your ID & Confirmation
Number to the airport)
-
You keep the crate.
-
Depending on each airport,
the pickup location could be either
at the Cargo Office,
Baggage Claims or Ticket Counter. Please call the
airlines to find out where you should pick up your
puppy.
-
Please inspect the documentations
when receiving the puppy!. Make sure you get the puppy health records. Look at
the plastic pouch stuck to the top side of the
crate. Inside this pouch (See picture at bottom),
there should be the following items in the following
order.
A) Waybill on top, This is what you sign when
you pick up the dog.
B). Health Certificate and
Vaccine Records. These 2 come in a white envelope.
C). Also, always check the pockets located on the
top side of the crate, sometimes puppies are sent
with follow up D-worming tablets.
-
You may bring Paper towel, some water, puppy food, wipes,
newspaper to change the bedding, possibly a
towel and Nutri-cal (High Calorie & Vitamins
supplement) or an alternative supplement for
puppies.
Additional Notes...
-
Do not expect a 100% clean
dog. Puppies will do their business inside the crate
if they have to. Once you get home, bathe the puppy
(you may use a regular shampoo), dry well with a
towel and use a hair dryer (warm, Not hot). If the
puppy seems a too stressed, use some wipes and bathe the next day.
SAMPLE CRATE.
-
More less, this is
how the crate looks like, color may be different and
it may NOT match the puppy's sex or gender.

-
Vitamins in a paste form-
You must get it from any pet store
before the puppy arrives, these can be Nutri-cal,
puppy-cal, Nutri-Stat. GNC high calorie booster or
any similar "Paste form" High calorie supplement and
vitamins product will work., Below a few examples.
